Mark and his team always handled my late father with respect and dignity, even in the way Mark spoke to us about the whole process and what decisions we needed to make.
Mark showed up to the funeral on time and did an excellent job putting a personal touch on the ceremony. He did a great job in preparing my father and making sure he looked his best. Mark Hayes and his services were outstanding. I could not recommend a better establishment to assist with funeral plans.
I lost my father and had to take care of all the arrangements. It was such a difficult time personally as I had to witness my father's health decline leading up to his passing. During such a stressful time, Mark was extremely patient, kind and sensitive. He explained all of the services he offered in intricate detail as well as gave the most helpful tips regarding steps to take when a loved one passes.
