He went out of his way to handle the cemetery questions and paperwork, so I didn’t need to. A traditional funeral home offering this level of personal service was charging twice as much as Mark. I would highly recommend Hayes Funeral and Cremation Service to any family or friends because everything was professionally handled and went smoothly.

As difficult as it was, prepaying funeral arrangements for my father was not an easy task. Mark and I have been in communication for quite some time and I must admit , I was apprehensive and a bit fearful. But after leaving Mark's office just hours ago, I sensed a true genuineness in the process and was comforted by the fact that Mark displayed both professionalism and confidence of what he does and that I had made the right decision.
