This place is amazing. They really care to give you exactly what you want and ask a lot of questions to perfect the style. I was worried that since I wanted a typical emo haircut, they may not be able to do it, but they did AMAZING. They got my dark brown hair very light without ANY damage or issues as well. The people there are all very friendly. I unfortunately forgot my stylists name, but she was very nice and did great!! They're also very affordable.
