Eric does an outstanding job with excellent customer service. I recommend him to everyone who comes here. Everything was done so professional and efficiently and is the best place to go for doing taxes!
I have been a customer of Karen's for 23 years. She has always been available when needed and tolerates my procrastination waiting to the last second to get her the necessary info to file my returns for my business as well as my personal return. She answers questions thoroughly as well. Highly recommend!
Excellent services and perfect personalized customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer- or should I say fan- for over a decade. Even when I moved across the country, they continued to be my go to for taxes. They know what they are doing, they personally check in when you haven’t sent in something by a filing deadline, they personally know your circumstances so they check to see if you have receipts or forms from your job you can use to submit, and they offer their services to local non-profits (how I was introduced to them).
