My experience with Chona was exceptional! She was very hospitable, courteous, and accommodating. First time customer and I thoroughly enjoyed my Swedish relaxing massage which was much needed.
Wow! I was just looking where I could provide feedback to the staff at C’Zar Bolingbrook. My wife, Mary needs a little extra assistance and CeCe is not only an amazing stylist she’s an incredibly kind person. Mary LOVES going to see CeCe for her day of pampering.
Also, Lauren at the desk is an absolute sweetheart. She is so nice and always gives me a personal phone call if Mary’s pickup time is different than expected. You and your team have mastered customer experience. 10/10

Just had my hair done by Casey and it turned out amazing!!Casey was very attentive during my consultation while I explained my hair pains and what I wanted to achieve. I showed her a video of what I was going for and she was confident that she could deliver and she most definitely did!! My services started with a grey blending treatment where Casey took her time and checked the color process repeatedly until the perfect color was achieved. Then after a very relaxing scalp massage during the shampoo and conditioning, Casey then crafted an amazing cut and style that blew me away!! I’m thrilled with my new look and look forward to working with Casey again!
