“Professional, quality crew and work. 100% satisfaction. I was so happy with the job Briggs did. I did not want spikes used on my younger tree so they used long pruners and Cole climbed to top. They trimmed out dead wood and a large branch resting on a power line. They were safety conscious--wore helmets. Picked up all debris. All 4 of the workers were super nice and competent. I would use them again.“

“I truly appreciate John and his team for coming out and taking care of this disaster mess that my insurance was giving me a runaround for. John's level of professionalism and just outright kind spirit was PHENOMENAL!!!! Personally I was dealing with alot and I don't know if John knew that but I guess he kind of sense it. He was very reasonable and even set up payment plans with him. He wasn't like the others that was just trying to collect huge amount of money. Let me tell yall, if yall need any services done with tree removal look no further because John and his team was superb!!!. Definitely if yall hire John and his team make sure to do referrals. Literally while John and his team took care of 3 huge trees in my backyard, my neighbors wanted his information right away. “I’ve used Smitty’s twice now and they have been wonderful. Each time I requested a quote they got back to me same day, and were out to my house completing the job within 3 days. On this second time they accidentally hit my driveway gate with the truck, but they immediately informed me, were super apologetic, and had someone out to fix it the next day, good as new. I doubt they are the cheapest option, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. I’m happy to pay for their quality service and will use them again in the future!“
