I been here for two different issues, but recently I brought my Mom for her shoulder therapy. All I can say is that this place is the best. Very friendly, everyone treated us like family. Very professional and flexible with our schedule. My mom did great with the therapy. Thanks to all the staff, you guys are the best. Blessings!

I began at the Orland Park facility in August 2022 following surgery for a compete Rotator Cuff Tear & Bicep tear. I was welcomed to the office by Lyn at the front desk. I than met Melanie who would be my Therapist. The first day was mostly stretching hanging my arm which had not been out of the sling straight down (The Elephant). We follow this up with stretching and exercise on the table, the pulleys, the wall and other exercises. Mel helped me locate items to purchase at home so I could work from there things like pullies, hand weights, stretch bands and more. This facility has a very friendly and welcoming environment. The entire team is very profesional, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They go above and beyond to help each patient with their physical therapy needs. Both Becky and Bobby with Diana assisting took the time to fully explain each movement and exercise to ensure that I recevied the best of care. They all provided correction when necessary. I went from barely being able to raise my arm to full range of motion. They even provided detailed exercises to do at home when I was done with therapy. I highly recommend PTSIR for your therapy needs as I've done in the past and will continue to do so.
