“I came for a vision exam and left with some pretty cool frames! I had an appointment with Dr. Gonsalves and my eyes were examined for the first time in years. She thoroughly explained what the tests were for and what my results meant. Afterwards, I was introduced to Evelyn, who helped me pick out a frame style for my new glasses. I would recommend this location for prompt, diligent service and friendly professionals.“

“We started off at a large children’s Hospital based on insurance to see an Opthamologist for some eye issues with my daughter. Concerns were dismissed, they didn’t have all the equipment needed for testing, we were told there was nothing that could be done for her headaches, eye drifting…. A neighbor recommended Absolute Vision Care and we are feeling excited and optimistic with the support and options presented. Wish we had started here months ago!“

“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“I took my two year old to Ticho Eye Associates today and had an amazing experience. First the receptionist was very welcoming! My daughter and I loved Nicole, who helped us pick out her first pair of glasses. My daughter was of course touching all of them, and she was patient and friendly. Everyone in the office was kind and knowledgeable, they explained everything in detail to me (in optometry terms and words I could understand hah).“

“Please take my money!I am extremely pleased with Lunettes Family Eyecare and Optical Boutique. I have been to a lot of optometrist on the southside of Chicago and all I found was extremely poor or outright awful service! Then I found Lunettes! When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. To date the service that she provides is impeccable. She knows everything about her job and she knows how to get what she wants so she can provide the customer with exactly what they want. I have more than one insurance available and she easily uses every benefit available to me. Nicole, is a little newer but she has worked with Leanne in the past and it shows. Nicole is extremely nice and extremely helpful when Leeanne is not holding down the fort. She is a perfect teammate. Dr. Lange was initially quiet but that has changed. She is always asking about the family and how things are on the daily. Dr. Lange is genuinely interested in how her patients are doing and has a pleasant chair side manner. She is genuinely happy to do what she does and it shows. Dang it the whole office is just the bee's knee's. I will be going there until they tell me to stop coming in. LOL. “This place is fantastic. I loved everyone I saw that day. I just wish they had Saturday hours. I'm a school teacher with an evening job as well. The lack of Saturday hours made picking up my item difficult. I had to take time off work to go pick up my glasses. That was the only issue. My original appointment was during spring break but the pick up time was a few weeks later.“

He explained how they work and how they’re set up. They are in the neighborhood and family friendly. As a doctor and a person, Dr. Z. is top notch.
