“Dr. Mark W. Anderson and his amazing staff at South Suburban dental are without a doubt the best of the BEST. I recently went to Doctor Mark for a second opinion. Not only was he able to expertly and painlessly fix what another dentist had left incomplete, I was made to feel secure and heard throughout the entire process. Mark has a unique metaphorical way of explaining complex dental terminology in common every day relatable terms. This not only significantly reduced my anxiety, it made me feel as if I was truly an active participant in my own treatment plan. From the moment you call to make an appointment this staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their patients. They check in with you the next day after a complicated procedure and send you little text reminders about your upcoming appointments. I also really appreciate the fact that they were so cool about me switching my appointment time. Love that! This staff is the perfect balance of friendly and professional. “I had a dental emergency last Saturday. I was in significant pain and my dentist was unavailable. Fortunately I found Dr. Shore's practice and, when I called and described my situation, was offered an appointment later in the morning. Dr. Shore's exam confirmed that I needed dental procedures in two teeth and knowing the pain I was experiencing offered to stay and treat me even though the office was closing at noon for that day. I am deeply appreciative of the compassion he showed for me, an unknown person in pain, and for his willingness to provide me the care I needed.

Dr. Shore's staff were welcoming, professional, relaxed, and of good humor. His dental assistant appeared extremely knowledgeable. During the procedure the thorough evaluation and treatment revealed the need for more time consuming care than originally thought and Dr. Shore and his assistant simply stayed and provided that care well into the afternoon after they had planned to close.

A choice to utilized Dr. Shore's practice appears to be a very wise decision. I'm grateful that I was lucky enough to call.

I travel 80 miles (round trip) and pay 6 tolls in order to get to Cambridge Dental Care, and consider it to be one of the best investments of my time and money. The experience, expertise and individual patient focused care exhibited by the entire office, coupled with state of the art dental equipment and procedures , make going to the dentist as 'pleasurable' as possible (this comes from a person who fears the dentist more than anything else in the world). There are two levels of dentistry: Cambridge Dental and all the rest.“

“I came to Dr. Watson-Lowry for a root-canal after going to 3 other dentist for 3 years for one problem tooth. She told me the first dentist had broken a tool off in my tooth and I had nothing to worry about because she could fix it. With a glimmer of hope I gripped the arms of the dental chair and closed my eyes hoping for the best. She took the time to massage my gums and heat-up the needle before expertly numbing my mouth. The other 3 dentist would just jab around until they hit bone several time. She knew exactly where to inject and even vibrated the needle to lessen any discomfort. Her needle work is OUTSTANDING! He is so dedicated and makes sure you leave his office completely satisfied. My husband has also been seeing Dr. Kowalik since 1985. The entire staff is professional and courteous.“
