I CONSTANCE H SUTTON BEEN WITH DR. C EZIKE FOR 16YRS AND HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR THAT A PERSON COULD EVER HAVE THE STAFF THERE IS GREAT AND I WOULDN'T CHANGE MY DOCTOR OR STAFF THANK YOU AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY

I have been going to the Cook County Health center in Blue Island for about 5 years now. While the wait can sometimes be long (up to an hour or more) and parking is absolutely HORRIBLE- the service I receive is excellent. My primary care physician is very thorough and addresses any concerns I am experiencing. She sets up referrals on the spot. The clinic itself has a huge range of services right on the premises- except for MRI's and dermatology. I've had mammograms, pap, blood work, CT scans, physical therapy, behavioral therapy, an EKG and an echocardiogram on site. Many more services are available.
