the couple times I have stopped into this specific branch they are always so rude and act like they don't have time to help you or that you are a bother to them. specifically today I stopped in to open my daughter a savings account and was immediately asked why i was there in which I stayed to open a savings account and was barked at with 'can't help you with that today make an appointment' in such a rude manner in front of a line of people. so embarrassing. please work on your customer service.

3/11/15 - I've been using this bank for several years now. Never had any major problems. There have been some occasions where my ATM deposits have taken longer than they should have to appear in my account, though. 9/5/17 update - Bumping my 3 star review to 4 star based on my recent experience. My recent trips, including today, have been wonderful. I mainly use this bank to manage my checking account. Recently I have made several trips inside the facility. The customer service has been remarkable. I am always greeted with a big smile. The lines have never been long at the times I've went. The service provided has been fast as well.
