My mother in law has had several issues in her home over the past few months requiring Tiger services totalling over $11k. My husband, her son, had some reservations regarding recommended fixes and pricing being quoted to my mother in law. He made contact with the General Manager, Ryan, to resolve the concerns. Within 2 days Ryan had reviewed her entire account, found an issue with one of the jobs and issued her a refund almost $2k.
