Terry arrives on the scene very quickly when needed. I have had several pet accidents to deal with and he always comes to take care of it quickly. His minimum is very reasonable and his work is excellent. Terry is very personable and friendly. He has been very helpful to me. I also feel it's very important to work with small, family-owned businesses as much as possible.

I called several carpet cleaning places. Terry called me back right away. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation and could fit me in. A nice wool area rug had a red juice spill. When I told him, it was loaded in my truck, he said, he would wait and to bring it right over. Took one look and believed he could get rid of the very visible spill. He texted me the next morning with his results, and said he could get it all out in another day. True to his word, it is now back in place w/o the stain.
