I had my first session with Stephanie today! I loved how she explained the role of the pelvic floor and took her time assessing my body’s starting position. We are going to work on closing a gap I had from a pregnancy hernia, getting my floor into tip top shape to be ready to have a second baby ?? ??. She also gave me massage techniques to loosen up my tight muscles I have around my c-section scar. If you can’t tell I’m a super fan after meeting her just once.
