Dr.Ken, the anesthesiologist -AMAZING AND KIND, Cassidy the surgical nurse -AMAZING, KIND AND JUST AWESOME, and my apologies for forgetting the other nurse in the room who was helping to prep me, who was also AMAZING AND KIND.

Dr. Poulter is fantastic and clearly knows the kind of staff he needs to be successful as well as his craft.

Thank you to all the nurses answering all of my concerns and random questions usually within a minute from laying my phone down.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Poulter and his staff. I'm in recovery and have a ways to go, but loving my results already.

“the young lady named kaitlyn who was working the register I went to was fantastic. I have to leave 4 stars due to an encounter I saw take place infront of me. The young woman at register was trying to get a guest to sign up for the credit card by telling her she can “literally sign up to get the discount & then cancel it when she gets to her car.” The young lady checking out was flustered & a little confused but the only reassurance given was “you can just cancel it as soon as you in your car, do you know what I mean” I have the ulta card & love the benefits I receive with it & I wanted to jump in & let the girl know but I could tell she was already very uncomfortable (as was I..) I also had trouble finding many things in stock although the store was very clean. I Was disappointed with todays visit.

ps .. I have been to this salon twice now for blonding / color services & haircuts & Randi does an immaculate job! Would highly recommend her for anyone looking to find a stylist.“
