“Zach and the team (4 fantastic guys) cleaned out what a competitor couldn't after the competitor supposedly cleaned out in two tries. Zach and the team determined the root (no pun intended) of the problem with the roots continuously getting into the clay pipe. Do I like the amount of money it's going to cost me to repair?? Nope. Although once the sewage line on my property is fixed, I should never have a sewage back up due to the roots again.These guys were scheduled to come yesterday 4-6pm. I was their last stop of the day. They arrived at 7:30pm and did an amazing job and took extra time to make sure the line was clean despite having been working since 5:30am. They also cleaned up after themselves including the yuck the competition left earlier that day.I'm so hopeful that the line repair on Tuesday is as fabulous of an experience as this was!
