Orkin pest control was extremely prompt which we greatly appreciated. Our technician, Dillangger, explained the process and what to expect which was very helpful. We will definitely use Orkin for any future pest problems.
The initial service was good. Had an issue with a tech which was handled by the Regional manager. The regional manager personally came and treated the area not treated by the misguided tech. The regional manager is kind, responsive, communicative, and promptly handles issues. I will continue my services based on the Regional Manager’s customer service skills.
Richard is very thorough and provides excellent customer service exceeding my expectations as a customer of Orkin. No more ants for years now! If all Orkin technicians provide the same quality as Richard Burns, I would 10 out of 10 recommend.
