“I Recently went to VisionPoint with my wife because she had a eye appointment and she would be unable to drive due to her having her eyes dilated. I needed to kill some time while she was at her appointment, so I went to 1107 Optique, which is located in Visionpoint. I had brought three pairs of glasses that needed the screws tightened on them. I told the nice lady that greeted me what I needed done and she said someone would be right out help me. Only had to wait a couple of minutes before Jane came out to help me. She was so nice when I apologized for bringing in so many glasses to fix. She took my glasses to the back, tightened the screws and even replaced the nose pads on one pair at no cost. I swear all the glasses looked brand new when she brought them out! I know it's a long review for such a simple thing, but I love great customer service and 1107 Optique always provides this.“
