The team at this urgent care is absolutely wonderful! They are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in my health. Every visit feels like a breath of fresh air, with their heartfelt smiles and compassionate approach making me feel right at home. They go above and beyond to listen and provide thoughtful care, which has been a huge comfort during a challenging time. I leave each appointment feeling valued and supported-highly recommend!
Such a great group of people. It’s refreshing to find a doctor and staff that still care and listen. The level of care they provided was top-notch and they are super efficient. I will always recommend them to everyone I know!
In case you don’t know, there is a walk-in clinic inside the Eastland professional suites called My Care. They are open 7 to 7 every day. There is no exterior signage other than a small sign on a pillar, and so you wouldn’t even know it was there unless you were specifically looking for an urgent care or prompt care type facility on the Internet. They provide walk in sick treatment, but there are also many other services provided here, including x-rays, weightloss, women’s health, etc. they also have telehealth appointments available with the on-site doctor, Dr. Naseer They take Medicaid and Medicare as well as some private insurance (health alliance is out of network, BCBS is in) There was no wait and appointments every 15 minutes available all day today. You can book an appointment online from their website. This was a much better alternative for us this morning, than going to the emergency room or waiting for prompt care to open. We received exceptional care and the staff was great. They are located at 1404 Eastland Dr. inside the Eastland professional suites right across from Kohl’s. You can also get prescriptions filled here for only $20 each if your uninsured or underinsured
