Highly recommended! Robert did our home inspection for us recently for our first home purchase. He did a great job doing a thorough inspection and took the time to go over the inspection with my wife and I in person - answering all of our questions along the way. We really liked how his report put items into a graded scale (high concern, need immediate attention, can be deferred etc etc). He was detailed and very professional and his report also provided high quality pics of all inspected areas. Worth ever dollar to know the quality of what your buying! We highly recommend Robert to all those who need a home inspection in the Bloomington/Normal community.
