I tell you hat’s off to ALL the the staff at Lovely Nails I am sorta New to Bloomington, I have been to several Nail Shops here but NO ONE ! can compare to the great service here and conversation .. Thank You Lovely Nails for GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM ?

My nails have always been great leaving this place. They are sweet, professional, and kind whenever I am here. They will fix something if I don’t like it, and they treat their loyal customers well.
My gripe is I always make appointments. Every time I show up for my appointment (usually 5-10 minutes early to pick a color), they are ALWAYS running late. And I don’t mean 5-10 minutes late. I mean my appointment is at 4:30 and I’m still sitting here at 5:10. If this pattern continues, I will take my business elsewhere. This has happened more than once. I love this salon. I've been to several different salons in the area over the past few years and like Lovely Nails best. They have an easy, online booking system, as well as the ability to call to make an appointment. I like that we check in upon arrival, to ensure they know we're there for our services. The owner and his staff are friendly. I never feel rushed and have always liked how my nails look after.
