“We took my son's phone into Normal Gadgets today. A cleat spike broke through the screen and into the phone itself. shattering the screen and causing probable internal damage. They told us it was going to require an additional piece they would have to order to fix the screen due to where the spike went through. After successfully fixing the screen, they were able to repair the broken piece in the process. They could have very easily charged us the extra but instead they were not only honest, but extremely diligent in the process. Their prices were very affordable and we will definitely be back, hopefully not soon though because that means my teen broke his phone again lol“
