What really impressed me, initially, was that she listened to my likes & dislikes. She noted my style in the rest of the house. We discussed options. When we decided to buy and renovate a 100-year-old home, we interviewed several builders and from the first conversation, Josh Banks and his team stood out. It was immediately clear that Josh understood our vision and had the team and experience to help us update the house while maintaining its 1920 charm. Josh's team and every sub-contractor brought in shared his demand for perfection and treated our home with respect and care--almost as if it were their own. The project was finished on schedule and on budget, but more importantly, Banks listened to us every step of the way and at times even seemed to read our minds, sharing our vision for what the home could be. The renovation is even more beautiful than we dreamed and the craftsman ship is, without exception, flawless. It's hard to express the deep gratitude and respect we have for the Banks Remodeling team, but suffice it to say we will never use or recemmend another builder. Ever.“
