I am a former member of HairClub I returned for a consultation after many years on January 12 , 2021 to see about returning for services I made an appointment online for 11 am . I was greeted by Amanda who is from the Tennessee location filling in this week in Bloomington IL .she went above and beyond to welcome me and get my appointment started on time . She then went on to explain all of the services they offer and to help me with what service would work best with what I was looking for . Angela is the best sales woman in that she listens. She customizes. She provides support and options. Definitely get a consult from her! It’s worth driving 6 hours to get her advice! Professional, knowledgeable, and improves appearances with improved feelings about self!

Very nice staff at this location! I have been a member since several years. Angela from client management really takes care of your needs and gives best deals available. Emma is the best stylist I had since I have join hair club. She listens to you and gives you best in terms of your hair needs. Sherri at the reception is really nice and welcoming and accommodate your schedule per your needs. I really recommenced this location.
