This office is seriously top notch! From the moment you walk in the reception area, you can tell patient care is top priority. The office is CLEAN, and very welcoming. The front office staff was helpful and organized. The hygienist was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. My child (6 years old)needed a filling and they were able to same day treatment. She later raved about how nice the girls were and how it didn’t hurt at all. Everyone left with smiles today. We will be telling our friends and look forward to our next visit!
I've been going Herr for years and have always had top notch experiences. Today I had a 1:30 appt and the Dr walked in at exactly 1:30 and took care of my splint and had a cancalltion so was able to fit me in for my upcoming cleaning that was set up for a few weeks from now.
Called today at 10:30 with tooth pain. They got me in the same day and quickly were able to assess it was likely due to sinuses. Was in and out quickly but never felt rushed. Love this office!
