I've been coming here since I moved here 7 years ago. It is very convenient for me since I live in the neighborhood. I love that you are open twenty-four, seven. I've read a lot about broken down machines and all I can say if you were worked as much as these machines are you would break down once in awhile. On the cleanliness issue here's a thought, why not be a responsible person and clean up after yourself. If you drop something clean it up, throw your trash away instead of leaving it sit on the tables for someone else to clean. For the first time I am living in a place that doesn't have laundry options. I had heard horror stories about laundromats. This one doesn't fit that stereotype at all. I have been there 5 times so far and I've never had a negative experience.

Update 6/15/2021I have come back several times, I will say it looks much better and new machines are finally here. It's nice to see them all working and the place full of valued customers. Thanks for your effort in keeping your customers happy and coming back! Looking forward to seeing what you have planned for your future updates!01/21Everytime we come here the washer and dryer are broken. I counted over 15 broken washer. I guess soon there will be none! Don't go on a Saturday it's over packed.
