It was immediately clear that Josh understood our vision and had the team and experience to help us update the house while maintaining its 1920 charm. Josh's team and every sub-contractor brought in shared his demand for perfection and treated our home with respect and care--almost as if it were their own. The project was finished on schedule and on budget, but more importantly, Banks listened to us every step of the way and at times even seemed to read our minds, sharing our vision for what the home could be. The renovation is even more beautiful than we dreamed and the craftsman ship is, without exception, flawless. “We contracted with Knapp Builders to have our walls and ceilings painted, to have new doors installed, to all new baseboard and trim around the doors and windows, and to have new LVT and rugs installed on the 1st floor, up our stairs and 2nd floor hallway.
Knapp Builders sub-contracted for the painting and installation of the carpet. Their team did the rest and they did a fantastic job. They took their time and did it right, if my wife and I had any questions/concerns, they graciously answered them. Their respect for our property and for us went above and beyond.
We would definitely recommend Knapp Builders for any remodel one might have in mind.

“DJ's redid my upstairs bath and completed some additional paint and drywall work for me about six months ago. I am still incredibly satisfied with the outcome. I had a cast iron tub and tile shower that were in good shape and didn't require attention. They encouraged me to keep what didn't need to be touched and developed a plan that created a cohesive look for the bathroom. This saved me a lot of hassle and cash.

I was impressed by their professionalism and organization. When the time comes for additional work on my home, they'll be my first call.“
