They have friendly front desk employees who help as much as possible, the nurses and medical assistants are amazing, friendly and treat you like you matter. Dr. Rogers is the best, I can't say enough wonderful things about him, he's truly one of a kind doctor. Cindy Kohtz in psych is wonderful and caring as well, ive had nothing but positive experiences at Chestnut. I miss Dr. Brockhouse but Cindy is taking excellent care of my MAT. The only bad thing I have experienced is the pharmacy, but it seems to be improving. I'm grateful to have providers who actually care!
I’m a new patient here and the front desk staff is so very kind and patient. Short wait times, and nice nurses. I got Kelly as my Dr and was not impressed with her. As a new patient she came in and it felt like she just started barking at me. I would expect a kind introduction from a new doctor and for her to have a little more bedside manner. Not impressed with her but hoping to switch to someone else within the office because I’ve had great experiences with everyone else so far.
I just wanted to say I saw Dr. Rogers for the first time today. I'm extremely impressed and so happy to finally have met a thorough, thoughtful, caring primary doctor I have been searching for since Dr. Brockhouse stopped seeing patients. Dr. Rogers explained everything thoroughly, didn't rush me and I felt like he actually cared. I was very comfortable with him from the start, very amazing doctor.
