I am very happy with the ChemDry service to clean my ceramic tile floor. The tile is not flat and smooth, and it is installed in a random pattern with few long grout lines. It is not easy to clean. Todd and his crew took care to scrub the low tile surfaces to remove accumulated dirt, and all the short grout lines were cleaned and sealed. The crew was careful not to splash cleaning solution on cabinets, wood baseboards and stainless steel. They quickly wiped up all spills and spray. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and completed my job within the estimated time frame. The workers were here a few minutes early and started right in. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. My area rug, stairway, and carpeted area look great! Thank you Todd, Deb, and your team for proving excellent service.
My dog threw up on my new, ivory wool rug. My husband sprayed our Natures Miracle cleaner on it, but because of the wool it browned. I called & Deb suggested I bring it over & have them look at it. Todd explained the chemistry & the process he would use to try it. I just picked it up (after just 3 days of dropping it off) & he got the stain out & it looks new again!
