I had an excellent experience with Carrie and Jason, and everyone I interacted with at CarpetsPlus was so kind and helpful throughout the process of getting new hardwood floors. Carrie was always available to help answer any questions I had, and kept me in the loop about the status of the project. She helped me pick out a beautiful floor, and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Jason and his crew did an amazing job with the flooring install, and they were always on time and very respectful. I've gotten many compliments on the new floor, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The CarpetPlus team was extremely helpful and kind. They allowed us to take home samples and ensure our colors and textures were what we wanted. The work was completed on time and professional. I highly recommended this team and company and will use again for any future renovation needs.
