Carlson are the true professionals and craftsman to hire if you need a job done correctly. I was having water drainage issues on my roof and they installed kick out and counter flashing while also replacing rotted trim.
I was blown away by the level of sophistication and detail to their approach to make sure we had no water issues.
The crew was so courteous each day as they completed the work. They educated me each day on what they had completed and if they ran into any issues.

Very happy with the service from Carlson Exteriors. I had a leak in my roof and when Nick arrived, he immediately found that the leak was coming from the damaged flashing on one of my vents. He also checked all other vents and found one other that needed caulking. He also identified a few roof tiles that needed replacing. To my surprise, he did not try to sell me a new roof, which I greatly appreciated. The contractor showed up promptly and did all the repairs at an affordable rate. I'll definitely use Carlson Exteriors again.
