Attempted to install a new thermostat stupidly on a really cold day. I ended up misfiring one of the 4 wires and didn't realize it. Someone from Bratcher called me back and walked me through my issue over the phone free of charge. I offered to pay for the couple of minutes walking me through things over the phone but they wouldn't take it. They got my heat up quick for such a simple issue, and my family and I are super grateful. I will use them again in the future just because of this positive experience.Service: Thermostat installation

Have been using C&E for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed, Most recently, had new furnace installed - our service tech, Ryan, was great! I've used C&E multiple times due to the fact that I've found them to be up front with me as to what repairs are necessary as well as the excellent quality of their work. They have, on 2 occasions, found that the parts I needed were under warranty costing me only the shipping of the parts & the labor. They could have easily ordered the parts taking advantage of the warranty without making me aware of it and pocketed the difference. They have integrity and for that reason they will get my business in the future.
