When we decided to buy and renovate a 100-year-old home, we interviewed several builders and from the first conversation, Josh Banks and his team stood out. Banks construction has a very professional owner and workers. Their quality is the highest I have ever had compared with prior remodels I have with other properties. Plus their estimates are very reasonable compared to other remodel companies. My remodel completion was very high quality and exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the result.

We had an amazing experience working with Josh and his crew on our kitchen remodel and all new flooring on the 1st floor. His team walked us through every creative decision and where to shop locally to source our materials. Then when it came time for the project to begin, he had everything mapped out in a timeline and he and his crew stuck to that timeline. They said it would be 4.5wks and sure enough they were punching out on that last week just like they said they would. His team showed up on time, did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and were so kind and easy to work with.
