We reached out to Touching Hearts and met with John. John assured us that they would be partners in the process and that he would find the best possible match for us. I found that to be spot-on If the match did not fit or we had other concerns he would find a suitable replacement. Over the course of 2 years we did request a few changes. Shaju, the PT, came to my home for 2 wks. He taught me what I needed to do on my own to help the rehab process.
