Josh, did an excellent job taking care of a long list of projects (several large picture frames, closet door broken, repair area in basement that mice were coming from, repair door slider, checked dryer vent, etc.) that needed to be done in my home. Josh is professional and trustworthy. He was on time, on budget, clean and quality of work was outstanding. I was excited that Josh came and took care of projects that needed to be done for a long time. Professional Home Services recently replaced the deck of my grandmother and did an amazing job. They were correcting the work of a previous contractor who had done a terrible job. They were patient, courteous, fairly priced, and responsive to all our questions. They recommended the procedures to follow in our area to obtain permits, a survey, and the like. No high-pressure tactics to purchase materials that did not suite our needs and no pressure to 'sign today!' once the estimate was delivered. Thanks to Josh we have a beautiful, updated enclosed deck. Our 25 year old wood deck had to go and Josh Rodgers made it totally disappear the summer of 2021! Despite supply problems and ant destruction on old deck, he accomplished the job by fall. He is a perfectionist in deck design and construction. You won't go wrong when hiring Josh for your next project!
