Service was quick and thorough. Vehicle was clean as far as oil on engine and/or exterior. I’ve had bad luck with other big box stores leaving oil on engine and oily finger prints all over the vehicle. I will definitely be going back. You get what you pay for……..
Prefer to drop the plug ever time I change my oil but it seems the techs always like to do a top access oil change. Is there a policy in place or reason this is recommended. I always thought you should drop the plug, keep the cap off and remove the filter so top amount can drain. That beings it down for me one star. Other than that valvoline is who I trust not to mess up my car like the other instant oil services I have tried.
The girls there went above and beyond to help me. Manager even drove to a different location for something my car needed. The other gal was very involved in helping my kids not get crazy while waiting and offered them popsicles. Great service.
