They weren’t able to come out for almost a week which is understandable and I had other options to do my laundry so I didn’t mind. I was nervous because this is the first time I’ve had to call a repair person but it was very simple and cost less than others in the area to come and diagnose the issue. He had what he needed to fix it with him and the total cost also ended up being less than I was thinking which was what I was hoping for! He was also very quick and got everything done in under 30 minutes which will obviously vary depending on your problem but it was a pleasant surprise. Overall they took a lot of anxiety out of a situation that normally would be stressing me out for days so thank you!“
