Martin was referred to me by a friend, I called and left a message for him to call me back, he sent me a text message saying he wouldn't be available until June 7th, I responded with okay, I look forward to speaking with you then, he called me June 6th in the evening and said he could come out tomorrow morning. He came over and checked my AC system, trouble shooted it and was able to fix it, I was really surprised because it's an old unit and I thought it would have to be replaced, Martin is very friendly, reasonable and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him and will refer him to anyone who needs his type of work, he is my new HVAC guy!

Ever have your furnace go out in the dead of winter with a newborn? 4 seasons came out and told me I needed to replace the entire unit. I found Martin on the internet and asked for a second opinion - He came out and easily repaired my furnace (same day). He repaired my humidifer on another occasion. I moved to a new property and he serviced the units there. I now request him for service calls at my commercial property. I cannot say enough good things about Martin. He knows his s*** and is the BEST - Honest, reasonable and dilligent.

The Climate Doctor rules! We have been having an intermittent issue with our furnace for quite some time. I had been in touch with several other HVAC companies who said they would come and then would stand me up. It was frustrating. I even left voice messages for others who didn't have the courtesy to even call back. However, I contacted Martin on what was definitely one of the coldest mornings so far this year. He answered the phone right away. I told him that the he didn't need to come out immediately as I assumed that he must be getting calls from a lot of different people with heating issues because of the extremely cold weather. Also, since my furnace was working at the moment I just wanted to get a time on the books for when he was free. However, he told me that he could be at my home the same day and a few hours later he let me know he was on his way. He was professional and concise in figuring out the issue. I also feel that his service fee was very reasonable especially because of how quickly he acted and resolved our furnace issue. I am very grateful to have found Martin. He is the real deal! I highly recommend him and his services.
