They have excellent customer service. Me and my daughter experience customer service. They also asked was everything was fine before they did our service. That was not my first time there. We were there last year. I will give the five stars. All the employees are all nice and very friendly. Thank you for having a smile on their faces.

Walked in to remove my started earrings. I accidentally over tightened them. One of the staff member was able to remove one but the other I had to grab a pair of wire cutters lol other than that she was professional and persistent. Thank you.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere! The space is super cute and the artist is talented! Did a walk in appointment close to closing and they had no problem accepting me and getting my tattoos finished and looking perfect! The owner is super nice and inviting as well. Definitely going back for my next tattoo
