Thank goodness for the awesome folks at Martin-Aire in Berwyn for comnig out within an hour when I woke up to discover my a/c wasn't working this morning on what will probably be the hottest day of the summer. Marty's guys were polite, not-condescending (which, as a woman I feel is a HUGE thing), professional, and fast. No trying to scam or up-sell me on anything that I didn't need. I went in assuming worst-case scenario (whole new a/c) and was more than happily surprised when the issue was with just a couple (very old) fuses. They even checked the coolant to make sure all was good before they left. A total of 90 minutes from the time I called to having cool air coming back into my house again. I could not have asked for better, more reliable service. this is how a business builds trust and loyalty with customers; something that is so easy to do, but so many other businesses miss the the mark. Martin-Aire is on my speed dial for a reason and I will continue to use them due to their prompt, dependable, and honest service.
