Can’t say enough good things about Bob and his response to my hot tub problem. I have an old tub and tried to replace stuff myself. Motors and the spa pack. But the new stuff wasn’t like the old stuff. When it didn’t work I needed someone with brains not someone to sell me partsI called a company here in my town. They asked for pictures then gave me appointments the following week. After the week when by it was another week then they said it would be a month. Bob is a true professional, a competent technician, and an overall great guy. I have an older tub and needed a replacement part. When I reached out to him, he asked me to send pictures of a broken part along with measurements. He located a replacement part in his warehouse and sold it to me for less than I found it online. When I came to pick it up, he generously spent a half hour explaining exactly how to replace it and what to watch out for. I will definitely call him next time I need hot tub maintenance.
Excellent and high quality service in winterizing my spa. Very professional and kind. Encourages you to understand the process and ask questions on anything you don't understand. Definitely will use this firm for any spa needs.
