Bob and Donna at the Willowbrook location were generously compassionate and accommodating as we planned our memorial for my father on January 9th. It was a real comfort to work with them during such a sad time. As soon as I saw the lobby, I thought, "This is where I want to remember dad." The interior is BEAUTIFUL! So warm and inviting and comfortable. Even the air smelled pleasing - a soft, lovely holiday blend of fruit and spice. In fact, per our request, they left their Christmas decor hanging a week longer than usual so they we and our guests could enjoy the ambience and cheer. When we arrived to set up the room, emotions were running high so they immediately anticipated our needs and ran with our vision for the room. They lovingly assisted in fixing flowers and dad's mementos on stands and easels for guests to enjoy, helping to tell the story of our father. They made appropriate suggestions throughout the process and were graciously available without being intrusive. The kitchen/cafeteria area was clean, open, and afforded ample space for gathering and serving food, snacks, and drinks. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean and able to accommodate several guests at a time. The location is good. The home is situated in an area easily accessible by highways and main thoroughfares, not to mention plenty of parking. Finally, the price point was a God send as well! It felt like an expensive tribute though it was done economically. No one wants to say Goodbye to a loved one, but the experience at Adolf in Willowbrook made the transition that much more bearable and so very special for everyone! We are truly grateful for the service they provided.

Best Family owned Funeral Home by far. They go above and beyond to help families during such a difficult time, the personalized service sets them apart from all the other funeral homes in the area. Its nice to go to a service and theres not 3 or 4 others going on at the same time! Giving families the choice of using the building exclusively so they can feel comfortable and at ease. Plenty of parking, beautiful hugh chapel for thoses extra large services. Gorgeous facility, big family kitchen and an extra room for more comfort. Don't have time to shop for food or snacks, no problem we will take care of that so you dont need to worry about thoses things. Stop by for a tour and see for yourself!
