I can’t say enough good things about Steve with Wood Mechanical! We recently had a new furnace, tankless hot water heater, and humidifier installed by Steve (and Frank), and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our options when securing quotes and recommend the best setup and placement for the tankless water heater with future work we plan on doing in mind. Both Steve and Frank were great workers as well, efficient, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Both showed strong attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. We recently had a new furnace installed by Wood Mechanical, Inc. and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process, thoroughly explaining how the system works and even showing us how to set up and use our new electric thermostat. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality.
