This is a franchise business with franchise experiences.The technician was prompt. The diagnostic work was thorough. The description of the work to be done created a sense of doom; "your system has multiple failures". The technician deferred any pricing until 'research' could be completed.Several attempts were made to have a "Comfort Counselor" come to our home to discuss total replacement. ( I said, 'comfort counselor? you mean salesperson?' Response was 'well, yeah'.)The conclusion was receiving a call from the owner stating the magnitude of the repairs would cost over $3,000.00A local family owned business responded, did the same diagnostic work confirming portions...read full review
