My name is Scott Wolf and I have been the owner of Central Illinois Air since I opened in1988. This post is for Terry S in Normal Illinois. I sold the Bloomington business in 2015 and continue to work out of my other location in Benson Il. We were not working in Bloomington in 2020. The company who bought me out is the company that no showed on your service not CIA. That being said I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the company I sold to. After a poor experience with another local contractor that got drawn out over something simply overlooked until we troubleshot/found the problem ourselves, (and remained unfixed), CIA came same-day to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered, received, and repair was made the very next day. Scott and Chase were professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, expedient, and caring in regard to the issue. We won’t be going with anyone else in the future, should the need arise. Highly recommend!
The guys from Central IL Air have been here this week installing central AC in our home. Not an easy task with our 12’ ceilings. Plus we’ve been working on other projects around the house, so everything is a bit crazy around here. Add two grandkids to the mix and its been a really crazy week. They were wonderful working around all of us! We are very pleased with your work! Thank you!
