I trained with Mike 12 years ago.He had his gym in weslaco tx, Very good trainer and person. I learned things from him and greatly appreciate all his teachings.well recommended trainer. HATS OFF TO HIM.
We were so happy they opened close to my home. The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. The gym is packed with complete workout equipment that motivates me to focus on my goal. They have machines, treadmills, punch bags, functional rooms. The individual bathrooms are so clean. They even provide towels. Awesome gym to work out.
