Awesome gym with great staff. The total body machine rules, super healthy for mitochondria and lymph system. Massage chairs are great post work out, I use them every day. The only thing I could possibly request are Olympic bars and mats
Clean facility and friendly staff. Only recommendation would be to increase dumbells weights from 60lbs to 80lbs. Just saw advertisement on Fox 47 regarding planet fitness and utilizing 75 pound dumbells. Why doesn't the Belvidere planet fitness have these 75 pound dumbells as advertisement states on tv?
Great facility, very clean, friendly staff, equipment works well. You get a lot of perks for 25 dollars a month. I would recommend this gym if you're looking to find a place to work out.
