“I just want to say the Samsung rep Thes (his name) was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful and generous with his time. He helped me immensely. I didn't have enough storage left on my phone. He sat with me and transferred over 1300 photo's to free up space. He also ran a diagnostic test on my phone. I first went to my phone carrier T-Mobile and they were not very helpful. The manger was even less interested in helping her own staff when they asked her a question. I had to give Thes a big hug. He saved the day for me. Thank you!!“
