After reaching a real person and losing TWO WHOLE DAYS where service was postponed, today went off without a hitch. The service people are not the problem. Getting them here through Sears without wasting DAYS out of my schedule IS, compounded by AI.
Warren was wonderful. From his cheery call to let me know he was on his wat, allowing our big dog sniff him upon arrival to going above and beyond in repairing our appliance. Highly recommend him!
His service was good however when he pulled fridge out there was a small puddle of water I saw it when he pushed it back. There was also water in the bottom tray in freezer side and under the tray along with dirty prints left. I wouldn’t have minded if he would have just told me. If I hadn’t looked that water would have froze on the bottom of the freezer side. I think if they not going to clean up where he worked at. At Least tell the customer.
