My toilet was plugged and I expected the worse. In my worst-case scenario, I would spend thousands of dollars, the worker would take forever, and I wouldn't have access to my bathroom.None of this was true!!! The worker was kind and nice and resolved the problem quickly. In addition, the cost was reasonable.

This was our first time needing plumbing services for a kitchen sink and dishwasher backup. Chris was our service technician, he was professional and so informative. He took his time identifying the problem and fixed it. He also gave us suggestions to keep the issue from happening again.
