NEC Technology staff was very responsive to each of my inquiries over the last month and got our refrigerator designated as unrepairable as quickly as they could. The warranty held things up at every turn and provided contradictory information from one call to the next as I had to follow up repeatedly to get updates. NEC was quick to help me understand the process and resend documentation to the warranty when the warranty lost track of it. I appreciate all they did to get us through this process quickly.

This company has worked on my Samsung French door fridge since 2021 which I bought in Dec. of 2020 with a home warranty that uses this company, they have always been professional, courteous, and nice the problems that some of you have experienced has not been them it is Samsung and the home warranty companies, I found this out by calling Samsung and the home warranty company, they are very hard to deal with, hang up on you, lie to you and the products are bad and then you have to deal with the parts coming in before NEC can come out and fix your product, put the blame where it lies not with NEC. They were assigned to us for our dishwasher and microwave later but they didn't call with a time for an appointment and just showed up for the 1st appointment for the dishwasher. Luckily we were home. The dishwasher failed again and they were reassigned but still no contact in 5 business days. Samsung cancelled with them. They got assigned for the microwave but no call after 5 days, too. Sent them an email but no response. They only get 2 stars instead of 1 because they actually showed up and fixed it once.
